Basics of sports nutrition

The basics of sports nutrition are important. Whether it’s competitive or amateur sport: if you are working out for more than 5 hours per week, your diet should be adapted to your exercise. As a physical active person, you have an increased need for energy and nutrients, which should be met. Meeting these needs in everyday life, sports, work or school is not always easy.
