What can I expect from nutritional counselling?
Our nutritional counseling centers on you. The first consultation is about us getting to know each other and getting an idea of your situation. We discuss your goals and determine the next steps. Depending on the time available, we can also give you some initial input on the topic and answer your questions.
Preparation for the counselling sessionTo make the most of our initial consultation, please complete the medical history form in advance. This allows us to prepare for the consultation in the best possible way. You can also choose whether you would like to have the consultation on site, by telephone or video.
At what locations can I go for counselling?
We currently offer consultations at the following locations: Basel (Crossklinik), Sissach (Praxis Molteni), Frenkendorf (Neufeldpraxis), Breitenbach (Lüsselpark), Oberwil (Fitness Mühlematt) and Bubendorf (Praxis im Brühl).

1. Meeting
From $200 / Per Month
Discussion of the initial situation, exchange of expectations and goals, initial input
Duration: 40 min
Costs: Fr. 10.60* (*deductible 10% of Fr. 106.90)
2.-6. Meeting
From $200 / Per Month
Discussion of well-being, review of current status, planning of changes
Duration: 25 min
costs: Fr. 8.30* (*deductible 10% of Fr. 83.15)
7.-12. Meeting
From $200 / Per Month
Discussion of well-being, review of current status, planning of changes
Duration: 25 min
Costs: Fr. 6.90* (*deductible 10% of Fr. 69.10)
OTHER RATES
From $200 / Per Month
If required, the consultations can be billed at the self-payer rate, privately or via supplementary insurance (with a high deductible if there is no medical prescription)
Costs: 1. Meeting Fr. 180.- for 60 min, after Fr. 45.- per 15 min

Our consultations are covered by both basic insurance (with a doctor’s prescription) and supplementary health insurance. We are happy to support you in acquiring a medical prescription.
