MICHELLE MIELKE

“Nutrition is an essential part of enhancing your well-being.

I see myself as a metaphorical “tour guide” on your personal journey, but you decide the destination. Together, we’ll take a close look at where you are now, the path you’ve traveled so far, and where you want to go in the future. My goal is to support you in gradually establishing new habits in your daily life so you can achieve your goals sustainably and maintain them in the long term.

I also want to help you develop a natural relationship with food—without deprivation, but with enjoyment—on your way to becoming your best self.”

Michelle offers consultations at the following locations: Breitenbach, Frenkendorf, Sissach and Bubendorf.

about michelle

From an early age, balanced nutrition has held great importance in my life.
This was partly because my father taught me much about what he believed to be “healthy eating.” His influence sparked my curiosity about nutrition and its effects on the body, both physiologically and psychologically. This passion led me to pursue training as a dietitian, followed by a degree in nutrition therapy.

In nature, I find a perfect balance to my professional life. I enjoy hiking and running through the Baselland region and love riding my mountain bike up the Gempen.

Stepping out of my comfort zone and challenging myself to grow is something I value deeply.
