Nutritional Counseling
Process
What can I expect from nutritional counseling as a self-payer?
The focus of nutrition counseling is on you. In the first consultation, we get to know each other and I can get an idea of your current situation. We discuss your goals and determine the next steps. Depending on the time, I’m also happy to give you some initial input on the topic and answer your questions.
Preparation for the consultation
In order for us to have enough time to address your concerns during the initial consultation, it is beneficial to fill out the anamnesis sheet. This way I can prepare myself optimally for the conversation. You can also choose whether you would like to have the consultation in person, by phone or video.
Consulting topics
I will gladly support you with the following topics:
- Sports nutrition
- Weight management
- Malnutrition (e.g. iron deficiency)
- Metabolic disorders (e.g. elevated cholesterol or diabetes)
